drivers can choose from three powertrain options for the new Grand
Cherokee. As standard, a 3.6-liter Pentastar® V6 engine produces 293 horsepower
and delivers 6,200 pounds in towing capacity. Drivers can also choose a
2.0-liter turbocharged hybrid engine with 360 horsepower and 56 miles per
gallon equivalent. If you desire maximum capability on the road, the optional
5.7-liter HEMI® delivers 390 pound-feet of torque with 7,200 pounds in towing
capacity.
To get you
over all terrain matters, the Grand Cherokee offers three four-wheel-drive
systems, highlighted by the Quadra-Drive® II system with a rear electronic
limited-slip differential. The available Quadra-Lift® air suspension system raises
the vehicle when off-road and lowers it when at highway speeds. You can also
ford up to 24 inches of water.
Regarding
overall fuel economy, the Jeep Grand Cherokee achieves up to 19 miles per
gallon around the city and up to 26 miles per gallon on the highway.
Technology
The Jeep Grand Cherokee offers an available 10.1-inch touchscreen with the Uconnect
offers an available 10.1-inch touchscreen with the Uconnect®5 NAV system. On
the move, you can access your favorite apps with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™
integration. Front-seat passengers can
also access connectivity features with an optional front-passenger screen.
Dover drivers can opt for the premium McIntosh® audio system with 19 speakers
for that enriching premium sound. It delivers 950 watts of power with a
17-channel amplifier.
Interior
Inside the Grand Cherokee, the cabin offers three available rows of seating for
up to seven passengers. All occupants can sit back and relax with available
Nappa leather upholstery. Plus, the first and second-row seats offer available heated
and ventilated capability to keep you comfortable year-round. You can also
switch on the available ambient lighting to set the mood for the journey and
take full advantage of up to 84.6 cubic feet of cargo space.
Exterior
Drivers can
select from a range of sleek wheel options, including 20-inch diamond-cut
wheels with a high-gloss finish. The exterior offers bright LED lighting at
both the front and back, with available fog lamps illuminating the way forward
